Los mejores apartamentos frente al lago de Madison

Welcome to The Waterfront, where Lake Mendota is your back yard and campus is just steps away. Take a dip in the rooftop pool, catch a sunset from our private dock, or grab your friends and hang out in one of our social spaces. With modern apartments, room to recharge, and the lake right outside your door, it’s the perfect place to make memories that’ll last long after graduation.
